Pariodot, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Wherio and ZenGoal (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use one or more of the Apps.
By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account and Contact Information
When you create an account or use certain features of the Apps, we may collect information such as:

We do not collect or store your payment card details or bank account information. See Section 9 for more on how payments are processed.
Crash Reports and Diagnostic Data
We may collect crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic information when the Apps do not work as expected. This may include information such as:

- Crash details
- Approximate time of the crash or error

These third-party services may collect or process information on our behalf, such as usage metrics, crash reports, device information, or account information. We require service providers to use information only as needed to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.
We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate, analyze, improve, or support the Apps. This includes Stripe, which processes payments and manages subscriptions on our behalf. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Safety and Security
We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the Apps, our business, or others.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Apps, maintain accounts, improve functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Crash reports, diagnostic data, and usage metrics may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting, analytics, and product improvement purposes.
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us at support@pariodot.com. Some records, including transaction and tax records, must be retained for a period required by law and will not be deleted on request.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to the retention limits described in Section 5
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Children’s Privacy
The Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@pariodot.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments and manage subscriptions on the web. For payments and subscriptions made on iOS devices, we use Apple’s subscription platform.
We do not collect or store your payment card details or bank account information. That information is submitted directly to Stripe/Apple and is handled via their respective policies:
When you subscribe, we receive and store limited billing information from Stripe/Apple, which may include:
- A customer identifier
- Your subscription status, plan, renewal date, and billing history
We use this information to activate and maintain your subscription, provide access to paid features, send billing communications such as receipts and renewal or payment failure notices, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account page.
10. International Users
If you access the Apps from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in a country that may have different data protection laws than your location.
By using the Apps, you understand that your information may be processed in the countries where we or our service providers operate.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App changes, our data practices change, or legal requirements evolve.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
